The Berlin photographer Ralph Eckardt devotedly dedicates himself to the abstract, almost surreal moments of life.
A skilful balancing act between fantasy and reality.
"My paintings are a mixture of staging in spaces, thoughts and visions, combined with landscapes and the desire to surprise," he says. "No effort is too great for me and no distance too far!"
A shift between reality and imagination.
"I prefer to photograph the dust that other people stir up",
is on his website.
This quote sums up his work.
Ralph Eckardt is a master at discovering and capturing the fine nuances between reality and imagination.
His expertise is in demand in a wide variety of areas. "Photography is my passion and the driving force behind letting people, objects and nature appear in their most beautiful light," says Ralph Eckardt about his work.
Working with people from different walks of life is particularly important to him. For his current art project on the psychosocial care of people in need of support, he also deals with analogue Polaroid technology and produces large formats.
The exhibition shows his work from various areas of work over the last few years.
